Health care

At SUPERVALU India, we believe a healthy associate is a happy associate. In consonance with this philosophy and in recognition of associate requirements for medical assistance, SUPERVALU India provides health insurance benefits for all full-time associates and designated dependents. Associates and dependents are also provided access to coverage under hospitalisation scheme by virtue of SUPERVALU India group medical insurance. In addition, SUPERVALU India associates have access to the group personal accident and life insurance. Coverage starts as soon the associate joins the Company.

Tuition assistance plan

It is the policy of SUPERVALU India is to encourage its associates to develop their knowledge and skills by continuing their formal education while working for the Company.

Regular, full-time associates who have had continuous service of one year or longer with the Company are eligible to receive reimbursement for certain courses which they satisfactorily complete.

Non-monetary benefits

SUPERVALU India provides competitive non-monetary benefits to its associates over and above their normal compensation to achieve maximum productivity by providing a satisfying and comfortable work environment.
